Corporate Communication and Digital Channels Director

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing or a relevant field.
  • Master’s degree in communications or digital media/marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or other relevant experience.
  • Professional qualification within corporate communication (such as Communication Management Professional (CMP) as well or Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP)) is a plus.


Key Activities:

  • Develop and lead CNHI’s strategic communication initiatives to enhance public awareness, stakeholder trust, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Ensure that internal and external messaging is consistent, unified, and aligned with CNHI’s mission, vision, and tone of voice.
  • Act as a senior communication advisor to executive leadership, particularly in high-impact or sensitive public matters.
  • Drive the digital transformation of CNHI’s communication platforms, integrating emerging technologies such as AI-powered content tools, marketing automation, and real-time analytics.
  • Oversee digital content strategies, user engagement, and cross-platform performance to ensure impactful messaging and audience reach.
  • Utilize media monitoring tools, analytics dashboards, and public sentiment data to evaluate campaign performance and guide future strategies.
  • Prepare regular insights reports with actionable recommendations based on audience behavior, engagement trends, and message resonance.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and strategic communication with key stakeholders including government entities, healthcare partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop executive messaging, speeches, talking points, and official narratives for high-level public engagements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of crisis communication strategies, including scenario development, messaging frameworks, and media coordination.
  • Serve as the central point of contact during reputation-sensitive incidents, guiding CNHI’s public response in alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Maintain relationships with journalists and media professionals to coordinate media coverage and share news about CNHI's activities, projects, and events.
  • Oversee influencers and opinion leaders in communication campaigns to ensure the effective delivery of the CNHI's messaging.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Identity team to understand key brand-related pain points identified via annual studies, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop targeted communication and digital campaigns that address brand challenges and contribute to improving public perception.
  • Support and enhance CNHI’s Brand Health Index, measured annually, through aligned messaging, consistent tone, and strategic campaign execution.
  • Ensure that all communication activities reinforce CNHI’s brand values, positioning, and visual identity, in coordination with the Brand team.
  • Oversee the communication planning and media management for conferences, workshops, and official visits in collaboration with internal sectors.
  • Ensure the availability of all materials and logistical support needed for departments’ conferences and events.
