Role Overview

The Corporate Communication Executive will be responsible for managing official corporate email communication, drafting professional content, and conducting research to support internal and external communication requirements. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Communication

  • Draft, review, and send professional emails on behalf of the organization.
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality communication standards.
  • Manage internal and external email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare official announcements, project updates, and responses for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with company tone, structure, and professionalism.

2. Research & Content Support

  • Conduct detailed research on assigned topics and prepare summaries or reports.
  • Analyze data, market information, industry trends, or project-specific details.
  • Provide background research to support leadership communication and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing content for presentations, reports, and internal documents.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of communication and research material.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly communication reports when required.
  • Support documentation needs across departments as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
