Position Title: Website & SEO Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage the company’s corporate
website and strengthen its online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
practices. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing the corporate.
website, ensuring high performance, user experience, compliance, and alignment with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Oversee the day-to-day management, updates, and maintenance of the corporate website.
Ensure content accuracy, functionality, security, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for website enhancements, redesigns,
and troubleshooting.
Monitor website performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
Implement analytics and reporting tools to measure website effectiveness and user
engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility.
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO initiatives.
Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking for better search
performance.
Monitor SEO performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
SEMrush, or similar.
Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.
Content & Digital Support
Work with content and communication teams to ensure website copy is optimized for both
users and search engines.
Manage publishing workflows and ensure consistent messaging across the digital ecosystem.
Support digital campaigns, microsites, and landing pages as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in website management and SEO (preferably in a corporate or
agency setup).
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz,
etc.).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
