Corporate Communication Team Member (Executive Assistant)

Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for a Corporate Communication Team Member (Executive Assistant) to join the Ford Otosan Corporate Communication and Sustainability Team.


Responsibilities of the role include:

•Carrying executive assistant responsibilities to the Corporate Communication and Sustainability Leader, organizing the agenda and managing day-today agenda related items.

•Providing support to the Corporate Communication and Sustainability teams' during events and organizations.

•Managing the team agenda, organizing group trips and events.

•Coordinating and consolidating interdepartmental budgets.

•Preparation and production of Ford Otosan corporate materials.

•Managing the visual and written archive of Ford Otosan.

•Monitoring department contracts, tracking invoices and payments.


Required Competencies:

•Graduated from faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

•Min 3 years of experience in executive assistant / department coordinator roles. Corporate communication / marketing communication / advertising or public relations agency experience is plus.

•Advanced level of English.

•Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

•Strong writing skills in both Turkish and English.

•Positive attitude and effective communication skills.

•Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

•Strong planning and organizational skills.

•Team player.

•Capable of working with a customer and results-oriented approach.
