We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Manager to be assigned to our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Manager to ensure the company operates in line with ethical principles, legal and regulatory requirements, including KVKK/GDPR, Sanctions, and corporate governance standards. The role will oversee compliance policies, risk management, audits, reporting, training, and third-party due diligence, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and implement corporate compliance policies and procedures according to local and international regulations, ethical standards, KVKK/GDPR, and sanctions requirements, ensuring effective communication and integration across all business units.

Implement and maintain the Group Compliance Program, conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, manage identified risks, and propose mitigation strategies, while monitoring regulatory changes and updating compliance programs accordingly.

Design and deliver compliance, ethics, and data protection training for all employees and senior leadership, providing onboarding orientation for new hires on the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery measures, and GDPR/KVKK compliance.

Evaluate corporate governance and compliance practices, prepare regular reports for senior management, the Board, and Group Compliance, and lead preparations for internal and external audits, ensuring effective follow-up on findings.

Manage anonymous whistleblowing channels, maintaining confidentiality and integrity, and lead investigations of compliance issues in coordination with Internal Audit, Legal, and other relevant departments.

Conduct risk-based due diligence on all third parties and perform regular screening against sanctions lists, PEPs, and adverse media sources. Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other units to align compliance initiatives with business strategy and operational needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in ethics and compliance, governance, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, AML/CTF, sanctions, KVKK/GDPR, and corporate governance compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance programs, audits, investigations, and third-party risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
