What will be expected of you in this role?

  • To continue storing products for the purpose of determining Supplier and Sub-manufacturer product work approvals, within the framework of Mavi's working policies and supplier code of conduct.
  • Planning, carrying out and reporting field audits of the social system.
  • Performing and reporting follow-up audits at specified periods.
  • Continuous follow-up of requested actions and regulations.
  • Reporting and analysis of audit data depends on management.
  • It ensures the up-to-dateness of supplier and manufacturer social production master data.
  • Examining, approving and adding the 3rd Party Audit report and certification documents (SMETA, BSCI, ICS, WARP, SLCP, etc.) of the companies from the suppliers to the manufacturer.
  • BLUE Systematic informing of production systems about supplier and manufacturer company approvals.
  • Review of social audit reporting and related documents and support update intervals are maintained.
  • Ensuring that legislative changes are integrated into follow-up procedures and question lists within the framework of social criteria.
  • Taking part in digital process development projects and carrying out tests within the scope of the social security program.



What We Are Looking For:

  • If you are a university graduate, preferably from Occupational Health and Safety, Social Sciences or Engineering departments,
  • If you have 3-6 years of experience in Social Compliance Audits in the textile, ready-made clothing and accessories industry, preferably in manufacturing companies,
  • If you are familiar with social compliance legislation, especially labor law and occupational health and safety law, and follow the relevant regulations and updates,
  • Preferably, you are knowledgeable about environment and waste management.
  • If you are familiar with Third Party supplier audits instructions and implementation processes (having taken part in amfori, Smeta, SLCP reporting processes),
  • Preferably, you have an occupational health and safety certificate and social compliance auditor training certificates,
  • Preferably, you have an Occupational Health and Safety certificate and social compliance auditor training certificates,
  • If you have developed analytical and organizational skills that can track documentation and report,
  • If you can adapt to a dynamic work environment and enjoy field work,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, adopting an analytical perspective,
  • If you have a good command of English,
  • If you can use Microsoft Office programs effectively,
  • If you have no travel restrictions and can drive,
