Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for an " Foreign Trade Associate " who will work under the Foreign Trade Director in our Global Sourcing and Supply Chain department, within the Supply Chain team.

As the Foreign Trade Associate; In line with the goals and policies of the Foreign Trade Department, you will ensure the execution and improvement of all processes related to the transfer and shipment of products to and from the relevant countries, identify problems and develop solution proposals in accordance with the legislation.


What will be expected of you in this role?

• You will carry out import and export transactions in accordance with the law, legislation and institutional procedures,

• You will prepare export documents,

• You will ensure the organization and follow-up of export transactions,

• You will communicate with the relevant countries subject to export and carry out the processes,

• You will organize and follow-up import transactions from beginning to end,

• You will carry out foreign trade processes in coordination with the relevant departments,

• You will carry out the document flow, reporting and logistics processes of foreign trade operations,

• You will follow up customs transactions and prepare the necessary documents,

• You will manage the letter of credit transactions with the parties in purchasing and sales transactions,

• You will carry out transit trade processes,

• You will ensure communication and coordination with customs consultants,

• You will organize sample shipments,

• You will follow up express package transactions.


Why you?

• If you are a graduate of university departments such as Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Relations and Foreign Trade,

• Preferably If you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of import and export operations,

• If you are proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP programs,

• If you have a good level of English language skills,

• If you are confident in your effective communication skills,

• If you have strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills,

• If you are prone to cooperation and teamwork,

• If you have strong planning and organization skills,

• If you have knowledge about Export / Foreign Trade operations and terminology,

• If you are a master foreign trade and customs regulations,

• If you are an expert in international contracts, delivery methods, payment methods,

• If you are competent to follow up import / export / domestic and international transportation / customs clearance processes,
