Export Manager

MAD Parfumeur is seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our team in Maslak, İstanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving export operations, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening international relationships in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant export or international trade experience
• Strong multi-stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

Job Description

• Identify target export markets and develop effective market entry strategies.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support informed decision-making
• Prepare and execute the export business plan in alignment with overall company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and engage new customers and distribution channels to enhance market presence
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key international customer accounts.
• Monitor developments and opportunities in assigned markets; create and implement action plans to expand distribution and improve performance
• Track, analyze, and report on export activities, market trends, and performance outcomes.
• Manage distributor relationships in accordance with company strategies, ensuring efficient and sustainable collaboration
