POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Contract Processor II position is responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure all types of sales from complex equity sales to new sales for all sales centers. This position is also responsible for the verification of all deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information. Additionally, this position is responsible for the daily update of demographic, sales personnel and marketing information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, sit; use hands and finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to drive to and from locations throughout the area. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, and ability to adjust focus. WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to noise and fluctuations in temperature. The Contract Processor must be flexible to adapt to immediate changing situations and environments based on team and guest needs.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Must be flexible as needed for business operations, including weekends and holidays. Schedule/shift may vary based on business needs.
