Job Summary:
The Corporate Counsel provides comprehensive legal support across Integer’s business units, with a focus on commercial transactions, contract management, legal operations, and strategic legal initiatives. This role serves as the primary legal contact for Supply Chain and IT, while also supporting commercial teams. The Corporate Counsel partners with internal stakeholders—including Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership—to deliver practical legal advice, manage contract workflows, and drive process improvements within the Legal department.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution. Must be a current member in good standing of a bar association in a U.S. State.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience with a mid-sized to major law firm and/or in-house legal department as a practicing transactional attorney, with a focus on commercial contracts.
