Experience required in the following areas:


  1. Developing and implementing compliance program including drafting of policies and processes, defining and implementation of system controls and monitoring the program for continual improvements;
  2. Conduct or oversee compliance training and education, including formal training sessions to informal one-on-one instructions, internal compliance related mailers;
  3. Perform intra-departmental interviews with key stakeholders involved in high risk processes to verify compliance with established processes and applicable legislations;
  4. Propose and monitor risk mitigation plans identified during process review;
  5. Implement and manage subsidiary compliance program;
  6. Advisory to internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates;
  7. Supporting the (build) of Tone and culture of the organization in line with requirement of CIP;
  8. Policy drafting and administration of Code of Conduct and Ethics.


Required skills :


  1. Experience in providing Trainings on Compliance related topics and developing and implementing web based modules for trainings
  2. Extensive report development experience and policy and procedure development experience in a multinational corporation;
  3. Experience in public speaking and business presentation;
  4. Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, Immigration laws;
  5. Independent project management;
  6. Excellent analytical, communication skills;
  7. Acceptability to innovative approach;
  8. Handling change management.


Location: BANGALORE


Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience


Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post- Graduation in Law OR qualified Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary
