Corporate Customer Relations Manager

As TEB, We are looking for a Corporate Customer Relations Manager for our Yeditepe Corporate Branch, located in the TEB Headquarters in Ümraniye.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related department from a recognized university
Min. 5 years of experience in the Banking sector, specifically in Corporate-Large Commercial Portfolio Management
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Holds a SPK License (is a plus)
Possesses innovative thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills

Job Description:

Strategically plan and execute marketing activities in line with our targets; provide consultative services to existing and potential Corporate Banking customers regarding our bank’s products and those of our group companies
Develop marketing techniques and foster cross-selling opportunities while aligning with our bank's Corporate Banking strategies
In response to the demands of Corporate Banking customers, ensure coordination with our head office units and group companies for promotional and marketing activities
Monitor the productivity and product usage of Corporate Banking customers
Conduct customer visits to acquire new clients, follow up with existing clients, or promote and sell products
