Corporate Events Sales Executive

Job Title: Sr. Events Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To generate sales by promoting and selling event packages for corporate and private events, and ensuring smooth coordination from booking to event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients for events
  • Promote venue services and event packages
  • Prepare and present event proposals and quotations
  • Compare event options based on client needs
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain records of leads, bookings, and sales performance
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction before and after events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales preferably in hospitality or event sales
  • Good communication and sales skills
