Assistant Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Corporate Sales Manager to support business growth and strengthen relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will assist senior management in corporate sales activities, manage key accounts, ensure timely collections, and contribute to achieving organizational sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior management in corporate sales and business development activities.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely recovery and follow-up of credit payments from corporate customers.
  • Keep clients informed about current pricing, daily rates, promotions, and available discounts.
  • Monitor customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure high service standards.
  • Prepare sales reports, client visit reports, and account updates for management review.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good understanding of corporate client handling and account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
