Assistant Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Branch Sales Manager to support branch sales operations and help achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily branch sales activities.
• Support and guide the sales team to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and branch operations.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and sales tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
