MUGSHEI Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to supervise and drive the performance of our International B2B Packaging Sales team serving the USA market.

We are seeking a results-driven leader with prior Packaging & Printing Industry experience who can mentor team members, implement effective sales strategies, and consistently achieve revenue targets. Position Details

• Position: Sales Team Lead – Packaging & Printing Industry
• Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 150,000 per month
• Industry: Packaging & Printing
• Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance.
• Monitor KPIs, CRM activities, and sales pipelines.
• Assist the team in handling client negotiations and closing B2B deals.
• Identify new business opportunities within the USA market.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training.
• Ensure proper follow-ups, reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve sales processes and productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Packaging & Printing Industry.
• Prior experience leading or supervising sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, KPIs, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
