Corporate Facilities Manager

We are looking to hire a Corporate Facilities Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai, one of the biggest semi government company in the UAE.

As a Corporate Facility Manager, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of all facilities, for our client who is the largest semi-government organization in Dubai.

The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations while adhering to budget constraints. Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders , including contractors, staff, and administrators, will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute facility maintenance and improvement plans.
• Manage the campus maintenance budget effectively.
• Oversee custodial services to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Respond to and address facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.
• Plan and execute renovations and construction projects within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their facility needs.
• Maintain records and documentation related to facility management.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives.
• Procure and manage facility-related contracts and vendors.
• Develop and implement emergency response and disaster recovery plans.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in campus or large facility management.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and facility maintenance best practices .
• Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Project management and construction expertise.
• Familiarity with facility management software.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a high-quality and safe campus environment.
