The Corporate Facilities Site Lead is the primary on-site facilities professional responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of up to two corporate facilities within the South Carolina market. This hands-on leadership role combines technical maintenance expertise, vendor management, budgeting, and operational ownership to support business continuity and workplace excellence.
Serving as the dedicated on-site Facilities resource, this position partners closely with a centralized multi-state Facilities team to ensure alignment with corporate standards, systems, strategic initiatives, and escalation processes. The position reports directly to the Corporate Facilities Manager.
Success in this role requires the ability to balance independent decision-making, vendor coordination, and hands-on technical execution while maintaining facility performance, supporting business operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

Serve as the primary on-site facilities contact for assigned locations.

Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of building systems

Ensure facility uptime, operational readiness, cleanliness, and overall site functionality.

Respond to facility emergencies, equipment failures, and critical facility issues.
2. Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers across assigned sites

Oversee work quality, safety compliance, and scope execution

Support landlord and property management coordination compliant to lease obligations
3. Work Order, CMMS & Administrative Management

Manage work orders, maintenance requests, and service prioritization

Maintain accurate CMMS records, reporting, and facility documentation

Process purchase orders, invoices, and supporting administrative tasks

Comply with corporate SOP’s, reporting standards and internal controls
4. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain OSHA, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Conduct inspections and support risk mitigation efforts

Escalate operational risks and critical facility concerns
5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

Manage CapEx and OpEx facility-related spending

Track bids, invoices, accruals, and cost reporting

Identify cost-control and operational efficiency opportunities
6. Team Collaboration & Communication

Partner with Corporate Facilities and cross-functional teams

Provide updates on site conditions, priorities, and project status

The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,600 – $131,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
