Corporate Facility Officer

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations across corporate offices
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping services
  • Manage vendors, service contracts, and SLAs
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Support office moves, fit-outs, and space optimization projects
  • Monitor utilities, assets, and facility-related budgets
  • Act as the go-to person for all workplace and facility needs

What You Bring

  • Experience in facilities management or corporate operations
  • Strong coordination and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of HSE, safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
