As Corporate Finance Assistant Manager & Manager, you will be at the forefront of rebuilding and driving growth within our corporate finance department. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets instruments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial advisory services. You will lead high-impact transactions, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our corporate finance services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Capital Markets Board Advanced Level Certificate is a must, CFA certificate or candidates are highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking/ corporate finance services or advisory services with a strong background.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in valuation techniques and transaction structuring.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a strategic and results-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of investment banking transactions, including debt instrument issuance, capital raising, M&A deals and other financial advisory services.
  • Acting as project manager in IPO projects
  • Contrubute all aspects of transaction processes, from initial pitch through to deal closure, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence, to support transaction execution and advisory services.
  • Provide expert advice on financial structuring, strategic alternatives, and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitch presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Articulate complex financial concepts and transaction details clearly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking / corporate finance sector.
  • Utilize market insights to inform strategy and enhance the department’s offerings.
