Corporate Finance Manager

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for leading the financial reporting function of the company, ensuring the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of all financial statements in compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.

Job Description

• Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies .
• Lead the financial closing process , ensuring proper reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements , including SECP, FBR, and other relevant authorities.
• Support in the consolidation of group financials and intercompany reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights for management reporting and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis .
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the financial reporting function.
• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards highlighting key financial indicators and trends.
• Lead and develop a small finance team , ensuring capability building, performance management, and continuous professional growth.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders , ensuring alignment on financial deliverables and maintaining strong communication channels.

Experience and Qualification

• CA/ACCA (Qualified).
• Articles from BIG 4 Audit Firms.
• 08 to 10 years of post articles experience.
