Key responsibilities
Corporate Finance & Financial Planning

Develop and maintain robust financial models for business cases, capital investments and strategic initiatives.

Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis in collaboration with FP&A.

Provide analytical insights and financial evaluations to guide business decisions and improve capital allocation.
Support to Strategy and M&A Teams

Partner with Strategy and M&A teams by providing valuation analysis, financial modeling and due diligence support.

Review financial forecasts, deal models and strategic plans, ensuring financial accuracy and feasibility.

Assist in preparing financial sections of investment memoranda, board presentations and internal approvals.
Financial Reporting & Communication

Prepare high-quality financial analysis and presentations for senior management and board meetings.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial assumptions with business strategies.

Maintain and improve financial tools, templates and processes used in strategic finance workflows.
Corporate Finance Initiatives & Policy Governance

Lead or support the development, review and implementation of key financial policies and corporate initiatives such as Dividend policy, Delegation of Authority, Capital expenditure governance frameworks and Funding policies.

Ensure alignment of these frameworks with company strategy, financial health and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional inputs and approvals for policy updates and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Annual Report Preparation & Financial Disclosure Support

Act as the central coordinator for the Annual Report preparation process, working closely with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations and Communications teams.

Oversee the collection, review and validation of financial and non-financial content.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of the financial sections, MD&A and related disclosures.

Manage timelines, stakeholders and audit review processes to ensure successful publication in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, financial consulting or similar roles.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, trading comps, etc.) and business case analysis.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
