What awaits you in this role


  • Executing the bank borrowing process for all group companies to meet their funding needs,
  • Sending RfPs to banks, collecting offers, evaluating terms and conditions and executing loan documentation,
  • End-to-end management of borrowing processes from international financial institutions,
  • Improving and automating digital systems to streamline reporting requirements,
  • Executing credit rating processes and interactions with financial institutions and related stakeholders,
  • Executing bond issuance processes in the local capital market,
  • Executing ongoing relations with lenders including periodical reporting,
  • Monitoring, hedging and reporting of funding need, financing and hedging status of the Enerjisa Group,
  • Executing FX hedging transactions and reporting actual and forecast MtM data,
  • Monitoring and reporting developments in the Turkish and international financial markets,
  • Preparing market, financing and financial risk management related models, reports and presentations for Enerjisa management and shareholders.


What we expect


  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, engineering or related fields,
  • Min 5 years of related experience at Finance / Project Finance departments of corporates and/or banks,
  • Experience in corporate finance and/or project finance including IFI/DFI financing, financial modeling, bank financing and local bond financing transactions and documentation, and credit rating processes is preferred,
  • Knowledge of debt instruments and financing structures is preferred,
  • Project management knowledge is preferred,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
  • Power BI and data modelling and analysis knowledge are preferred,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Fast learner, attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize, work to deadlines, flexible and strong communication skills with team-player mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.
