We are seeking a highly skilled
Corporate Finance Specialist
with expertise in capital markets, M&A, and corporate advisory. The successful candidate will lead the origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, and private placements, while providing strategic guidance on capital raising, investor relations, and corporate restructuring. This role requires advanced financial modeling capabilities, deep knowledge of equity and debt markets, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SPK guidelines.
Responsibilities:

Lead the origination and execution of equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, and private placements.

Build and maintain advanced financial models and valuation frameworks tailored for public market readiness and investor presentations.

Coordinate with issuers, legal teams, and auditors to prepare IPO prospectuses, valuation reports, and marketing materials in accordance with SPK guidelines.

Provide end-to-end advisory on capital-raising processes, investor relations, and corporate restructuring strategies aligned with market trends.

Drive internal alignment across compliance, sales, legal, and strategy teams to ensure timely and successful deal execution.

Monitor and report on developments in local and international capital markets, creating actionable insights for senior management and clients.

Evaluate key financial health indicators, including solvency and coverage ratios, to assess creditworthiness and suitability for debt instrument issuance.

Conduct pre-transaction financial due diligence on prospective clients for both equity and debt capital market engagements.

Provide end-to-end advisory on buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities, aligning transaction structures with client strategies while ensuring regulatory and financial compliance.
Requirements:

CMB Level 3 License
-
3–7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, M&A, or similar fields

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Deep understanding of equity and debt capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and corporate finance principles

Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions), and capital-raising mechanics

Strong analytical thinking, a project ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests
