We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead our corporate engagement and placement initiatives. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with organizations, identifying recruitment and internship opportunities, and driving successful campus hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry associations to create placement pipelines and hiring opportunities.
  • Coordinate the entire placement process, from employer outreach to offer finalization, ensuring smooth communication between organizations and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align talent supply with current industry hiring needs and workforce trends.
  • Organize and manage placement drives, corporate networking events, and employer engagement sessions to enhance institutional visibility.
  • Track and report key metrics including employer participation, placement conversion rates, and partnership growth to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on market trends, and industry demands to strengthen placement outcomes and employer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong corporate networking, business development, and relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in corporate relations, campus recruitment, placement coordination, or industry partnership management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
