About the Role

International Market Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Insurance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering health and property insurance policies, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health insurance policies, including member additions and deletions, in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
• Monitor and implement updates related to UAE health insurance laws and eligibility requirements for UAE Nationals and expatriates.
• Handle various types of health insurance plans (individual, family, and group).
• Manage policy documentation, coverage limits, exclusions, and benefits.
• Oversee claims processes and documentation for automobile, marine, and HSE incidents.
• Manage property insurance policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and policy management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in health insurance administration or a related HR role (preferably in the UAE).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance laws and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. male candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED10,500.00 per month
