Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience within a fast-paced corporate environment and contribute to key operational areas. The intern will work closely with various departments, providing support on daily tasks, special projects, and administrative duties essential to the smooth functioning of the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Project Support and Analysis
    • Assist in the research, development, and execution of cross-departmental projects, ranging from process improvement initiatives to market analysis.
    • Gather, compile, and analyze data to support management reporting and decision-making processes.
    • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to project leads and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative and Operational Support
    • Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence.
    • Support the organization and maintenance of digital and physical files and records.
    • Assist with internal communications and drafting of company-wide announcements or documents.
  • Departmental Collaboration
    • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and learn specific departmental workflows and technologies.
    • Maintain a professional and proactive attitude when interacting with all levels of staff.

Required Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Communication: Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent G Suite applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and Eager to Learn: A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn about corporate operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship, volunteer, or leadership experience is a plus.

Physical Demands
