Position Overview.

We are seeking a Corporate Law Attorney with 4+ years of experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is ideal for attorneys who want to control their own book of business while benefiting from the resources of a full-service firm.

Preferred experience includes:

• Entity formation and structuring
• Contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions
• Review and negotiation of commercial leases.
• Employment and non-compete agreements
• General business counseling
