A well-respected law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their Columbus office. This role focuses on handling sophisticated business transactions including mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, corporate and project financing, securities matters, and complex commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Manage corporate finance and securities matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Assist with business formation and corporate governance issues
• Support project financing initiatives
• Collaborate with clients on strategic business transactions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of three (3) years of corporate law experience
• Preferably with focus on mergers & acquisitions or corporate finance transactions
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
