The Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Joint ventures and strategic alliances
• General corporate governance and advisory work

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in corporate law at a leading national or international firm
• Strong background in M&A, private equity, and/or securities work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively in cross-border teams
• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school; admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligible to waive in)
