About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer to manage and oversee all legal matters for ORACURA. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, compliance, contracts, and provide legal support for company operations, banking, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate company contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Manage all legal aspects of bank loans, financing, and company documentation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and financial institutions.
• Provide legal advice on business decisions, risk management, and policy formation.

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM with 5+ years of corporate legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, banking, and commercial law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal functions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
