Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to handle the company’s legal affairs and ensure full compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, structuring, and revising contracts and legal documents , as well as providing expert legal advice to management on corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate must have a strong legal background, exceptional drafting skills, and fluency in English.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and structure corporate and business contracts , agreements, and legal documents.
  • Prepare, amend, and revise employment agreements, other agreements, and business contracts.
  • Review and restructure contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies and current legal standards.
  • Identify and resolve any conflicts or inconsistencies within articles, clauses, or agreements.
  • Draft and review legal notices and internal company policies.
  • Ensure all documents are legally sound and ready for translation, execution, or implementation.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to strengthen and enhance contract terms, company policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Refresh and update existing templates and legal documents from a legal perspective.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management on corporate governance, legal risks, and compliance issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all contracts and legal correspondences.


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of UAE corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.


Skills:

  • Experience in contract negotiation and restructuring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to adapt and continuously research to enhance legal document quality and structure.
