Legal Consultant (Lawbridge Legal)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to handling a variety of cases and legal matters.
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Extensive experience handling civil, rental, commercial, criminal, and labor disputes, as well as contract drafting.
• Strong legal advisory, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and review pleadings, Memorandum, Legal Notice, Legal Opinion and any documents for court submissions.
• Review and assess legal cases, risks, and potential outcomes.
• Oversee the progress of ongoing cases and ensure timely action at each stage of litigation.
• Prepare case summaries, briefing notes, and status updates for management.
• Attend meetings with clients to gather information, discuss legal strategies, provide case updates (if needed) and address any concerns.
• Handle pre-litigation cases to drive clients toward the second stage of proceedings and ensure timely progression.
