Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external counsels.
• Manage due diligence and documentation for mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Advise management on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of changes in corporate and business laws.
• Coordinate with various departments to align business goals with legal frameworks.
