We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the management, ensuring the company’s full compliance with all local and international laws and regulations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will undertake the following duties, focusing on protecting the company's legal interests and organizing operations in line with applicable legislation:

• Draft and review all company contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to management on all corporate, legal, and regulatory matters.
• Manage and monitor legal claims and lawsuits filed by or against the company, and represent the company before official bodies.
• Oversee and ensure the company's legal compliance with internal labor policies and regulations.
• Prepare legal notices, memoranda, and official formal responses.
• Contribute to the amicable settlement of legal disputes and conflicts whenever possible.
• Monitor legal and legislative updates that may impact the company's business operations.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities and external legal advisors as necessary.
  
  
  

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a lawyer.
• Previous Role: Prior experience as a Corporate Lawyer is required.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in the Industrial or Commercial Sector is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor of Laws.
