Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage contracts, suppliers, and compliance while ensuring timely settlement of dues. The role focuses on providing legal support to safeguard the company’s operations and minimize legal risks.

Job Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.

Handle legal documentation related to company formation and governance .

Manage legal matters related to supplier contracts, dues, and collection to ensure timely settlements and compliance.

Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Manage external legal counsels and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

Represent the company in legal disputes, arbitration, or negotiations when needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law 7–10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer / Appeals degree .

Experience dealing with governmental authorities and corporate documentation.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
