Join Corpseed’s Legal Team to lead high-impact legal operations, manage escalations, and drive corporate compliance across multiple sectors.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor the in-house legal team
✔ Represent Corpseed & clients in court hearings, filings, and legal notices
✔ Manage client escalations in coordination with the Customer Relations Team
✔ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, etc.
✔ Handle recovery cases—legal notices, settlements, and court proceedings
✔ Review technical/legal documentation from internal teams
✔ Collaborate across Finance, CRT, Advisory & Tech teams
✔ Draft and vet MoUs, NDAs, contracts, and client agreements
✔ Develop internal SOPs & compliance frameworks
✔ Conduct legal briefings/trainings across departments

Requirements:
LLB (LLM preferred)
Min. 3+ years in corporate law, litigation & team management
Strong in recovery proceedings, client dispute handling & regulatory compliance
Excellent drafting, communication & cross-team coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
