Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements
• Advise management on corporate law and compliance
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring matters
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local corporate laws
• Manage company litigation, disputes, and legal risks
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and external counsels
• Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation accurately
• Support strategic decisions with legal risk assessments.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Effective communication with stakeholders and authorities
• Attention to detail and legal documentation accuracy
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
