We’re Hiring: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Lawyer

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Lawyer to strengthen our legal and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AML laws, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention, with the ability to advise and protect the organization against legal and regulatory risks.

Job Description – Anti-Money Laundering Lawyer

The AML Lawyer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws, regulations, and guidelines, while advising management on legal risks related to financial transactions and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AML, CFT, and related regulatory frameworks
• Review, draft, and advise on policies related to anti-money laundering and financial crime
• Conduct legal reviews of transactions, documentation, and customer due diligence (CDD/KYC)
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal bodies when required
• Handle AML-related investigations, notices, and regulatory inquiries
• Advise senior management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
• Keep the organization updated on changes in AML laws and regulations
• Support internal audits and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience

• LLB / LLM from a recognized institution
• Higher Court License is mandatory
• Must be AML Certified
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of AML, financial regulations, and corporate compliance laws
• Experience dealing with regulatory authorities will be an advantage
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
