Corporate Lawyer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Lawyer, based in Qesm 1st 6 October with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Lawyer will oversee legal functions, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and provide legal counsel for corporate policies and procedures. Key responsibilities also include managing legal risks, supporting negotiations, and maintaining corporate documentation in line with regulatory standards.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal and regulatory material
• Proficiency in finance-related legal matters and corporate governance
• Excellent communication skills for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Customer service and training skills to guide internal teams on regulatory compliance
• Deep understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and risk management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD), with a license to practice law
• Prior experience in a corporate legal or in-house counsel role is highly desirable
