Corporate Lawyer

We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded international Corporate team, advising clients on both transactional and advisory matters. The candidate will work on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, market entry re-organisations and general corporate advisory.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 2-4 PQE;
• Strong background in corporate services, M&A, and venture capital in a medium to large commercial firm;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
