About the Firm

An international law firm are seeking two corporate lawyers for their growing Dubai office - ideally at associate and senior associate level.

The Role

You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (local and cross-border)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance matters
• Commercial contracts and advisory work

The role offers direct client exposure, involvement in complex transactions, and the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyer (UK, US, Australia, or other common law jurisdiction preferred)
• 2–8 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Experience gained at a top-tier international or reputable regional law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
• Ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision

Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
