Corporate Lawyer

Corporate Attorney, Philadelphia, PA . (Contract/Consulting position). Our client, a large company located in the Philadelphia region, is seeking a lawyer with a minimum of five years of sophisticated transactional experience, primarily in the M&A area, to join its law department for approximately 3-6 months. The work will involve support matters related to a major merger transaction and can be done primarily remotely, with a day or two per week in the office in Philadelphia. Full time hours over the course of the project are anticipated, but a slightly reduced schedule and flexibility will be considered.
