Our firm supports businesses with regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, litigation support, and strategic legal advisory.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Russian-speaking Lawyer with a strong background in UAE Civil Law and court litigation. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of legal practice experience within the UAE and be capable of handling complex civil cases, representing clients in court, and supporting corporate and tax-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before UAE courts in civil and commercial disputes
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Provide legal advisory on civil, commercial, and corporate matters
• Handle court litigation procedures including pleadings, memorandums, appeals, and enforcement actions
• Advise clients on UAE legal compliance, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters
• Support tax advisory team with legal interpretation and dispute matters
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Assist in company formation, restructuring, and liquidation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of legal practice experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong background in UAE Civil Law and court litigation
• Proven experience handling court proceedings and dispute resolution
• Fluency in Russian (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (professional level)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial Law and corporate regulations
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tax-related legal matters
• Experience working with corporate service providers or consultancy firms
• Knowledge of Free Zone regulations across the UAE
