Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer with at least five years of experience in both corporate law and litigation to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong legal drafting skills, solid courtroom experience, and a proven ability to advise on corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents

- Represent the company/clients before courts and government authorities

- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation

- Excellent drafting and communication skills in Arabic and English

- Fluent in English
