Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The candidate must have proven experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, including company law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and corporate documents, advising on corporate and commercial legal matters, supporting transactions, and providing legal guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Must be a Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.

* Minimum of 4 years of legal experience.

* Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

* Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to handle legal matters professionally and independently.

Work Location:

The position is available in either Jeddah or Riyadh, and the selected candidate may choose the location that best suits them.
