Legal Specialist

Job Summary:

Legal specialist will provide support to the organization in all legal matters in general, and in particular matters related to real estate development sector laws, including property transactions, Representing before the courts, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. The role ensures that all activities align with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

• Conduct legal due diligence on transactions.

• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and applicable requirements.

• Provide legal advice in all legal matters.

• Manage and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation.

• Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• Support in preparing legal documentation

• Maintain and update legal records, contracts, and case files.

• Monitor changes in laws and advise management accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.

• 3–5 years of experience in legal work.

• Strong knowledge of laws, contracts, and regulations.

• Experience in handling transactions and legal documentation.

• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks (e.g., land registration, zoning laws).

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
