Note: Only UAE-experienced lawyers will be considered for this role.

Job Summary

The Corporate Solutions Associate will support clients with end-to-end corporate services, including company incorporation, governance, compliance, and ongoing advisory across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires close coordination with regulators, service providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and high-quality client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes, including KYC, compliance, licensing, visas, leasing, and liaison with government authorities.
• Advise clients on optimal corporate structures across various jurisdictions, including fintech entities, foundations, and SPVs.
• Prepare and maintain corporate governance documentation, statutory filings, renewals, and ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met.
• Support corporate lifecycle activities such as restructuring, re-domiciliation, liquidation, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct regulatory research, assist in preparing client proposals, and provide ongoing advisory support while maintaining high documentation standards.
