We are hiring for the role of "Corporate Legal Consultant" for our Chemical manufacturing company based at Dombivli, MIDC Phase 2.
Requirements:
LLB with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate companies is must.
Good English Communication skills.
Good drafting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Drafting: Agreement, notices, bonds, international, contract agreements & various issue matters, Replies & complaints.
2. Registrations, Affidavits, Resolutions
3. Case studies.
4. Preparing monthly reports & MIS of legal status.
5. Dealing with Legal issues of HR, Marketing, & Other dept.
6. Dealing with full & Final Settlement issues of company.
7. To review property matters of land & building.
8. Assisting Law counsellor and get updates of cases from them.
9. Support business teams in relation to their documentation and advisory needs.
10. Analyze and forecast proposed line of action with proper due diligence before proceeding for legal action and initiation.
11. Reviewing agreements and international documents relating to tie-ups and contracts with foreign companies.
12. Prepare in depth presentation for presenting it to Department Heads..
13. To contribute on various projects being handled by the legal and secretarial team.
14. Attending dates.
15. All Legal cases regarding company and private.
16. Attend all legal meetings.
17. Any Other duties assign by HOD as per requirement.
