As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to provide expert guidance on legal and regulatory matters.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to oversee legal compliance, corporate governance, and contract management. This role requires expertise in Qatari law, international business regulations, and the ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring that GS Express LLC operates within legal frameworks while achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and international business standards.
• Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with management to support strategic business initiatives.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Manage risk assessment and dispute resolution strategies.
• Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in multinational or consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari legal frameworks and international corporate law.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal matters successfully.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

Pay: Up to QAR42,000.00 per month
